The most important thing in our interior is that we feel good in it and that it complements our personality. Each user should mark their presence in it in a way. I do not believe in chasing fashionable decor only because others have it. We must feel good in our own space and eagerly return to it after a hard day’s work. A good functional design is equally important.
The office had to be refreshed and its functional arrangement had to be changed. The location of the reception desk was a problem – it stood in the corner, next to a window, which was troublesome for the assistant.
The cafe is located in an old tenement house. There is a big playpen for the kids, so they can be safe while their parents enjoy their beverage.
There is a comfortable and broad working place for two designers by the window in the office, as well as a large book case with a wardrobe on the left.
Chill-out rooms are places where employees can meet in an area that differs much from a typical office decor, leave their computers and reset their minds playing table football or console games.
The sisters share a room and needed clearly cut own areas for sleeping, playing and working. Ola, the younger one, needed a desk, as she started attending pre-school.
A summer house for a 2+2 family, inspired by an iconic house or barn. It is situated amongst trees, close to a lake. It has been designed on a 4x7.5m rectangle and is surrounded by a vast deck from two sides.
The revamp covered the living room and kitchenette. The Client’s wish was that there was space for a table extending to sit 6 people and to fit a dish washer in the kitchen area.
The room is approximately 10 square metres big and its resident is two-year-old Marta. According to her mum’s wish, the main colour is cool blue, accompanied by white romantic furniture.
Nine-year old Szymek dreamed of a bunk bed. The room also had to hold a desk for studying and storage space for his numerous treasures, books and collections.
The room is small, only 9 m2, yet holds everything its resident – a 4-year-old boy - needed. White, yellow and gray are the dominant colours that are echoed on the birch wallpaper.
